Circlejourney, Multi-Media Artist

Hi, I’m Circlejourney, a nonbinary artist who grew up in Singapore. I’m an art generalist, and I’ve taken on projects that run the gamut of illustration, concept art and graphic design, working with fellow creatives and storytellers to bring their visions to life. I especially enjoy illustrating music, and have collaborated with many musicians on track and album illustrations. My commissions open every other month, and I would love to work with you!

In my free time, I pour my creative energy into writing, music, art and code projects, and sometimes projects that combine all four. I love geography, flight, the sea, space, logical systems, and languages, and I think all my work reflects these interests. My current major project is Revolving Door, a multimedia web novel about hundreds of intertwining lives scattered across twelve universes, and a plot that connects them together.

I also make music, and web gizmos, such as this island generator, a web app for taking stylised pixelated selfies, and Angel, a mini room escape game.

Through my creative endeavors, I seek to explore themes of alternate histories and futures, isolation and connection, memory, forgetting, and meaning in an inherently meaningless universe. We each carry a universe in our minds, and to me, art is how we bridge the gaps between them.

Autumn Raines, Video Game Developer

Hello! I’m Autumn Raines. I’m a transfem NB and I go by They or She pronouns. I’m 23 and graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2018 with a B.S. in Computer Science. I live in Illinois and make my living doing art, programming, and gamedev. I was on HRT for almost a year before I graduated, and could no longer afford it once I didn’t have insurance anymore, or live in a place I could get them. So unfortunately I’ve had to go back to being closeted IRL.

Making games is my passion! I love to theme my games around supernatural, witchy, weird, or otherwise Halloween-like aesthetics.
I have 4 games currently available on itch.io

My Potion Shop: A short riddle solving game where you brew potions in your witch hut shop for customers.

Bloodsucker Library: An anti-stealth game I made in a week for GameBoy Jam, a Game Jam where you make a GameBoy themed game in a week. You play as a vampire in their library, who goes around putting books back on shelves, but people are being too loud, so you must shush them before you lose your nerves and your vampire instincts kick in and attack them.

Sewer Rave: A dream emulator-esque game where you explore a rat infested sewer with lots to find, like minigames, secrets, fruit, cheese, and weird characters to fight or play with.

Limbocore: An experimental Black And White game about exploring a strange limbo realm which exists in between life and death. There are characters to talk to and an angel to plead to.

I’ve been trying to get a job in software development after graduating but I haven’t had much luck so I’ve been surviving by selling games and through donations for my free games.

Thank you for your interest in my work!
